Washing Machine Not Draining?
If your washing machine is not draining remove all the water then check the filter at the bottom of your machine.
Not spinning
If your washing machine skips the spin then it could be down to the load in the drum. Remove the load and set to spin empty drum. If it spins then it’s an uneven load in the drum.
Cleaning your appliance. We would recommend running a washing machine cleaner through your appliance on a monthly basis to prevent potential problems.
